Responsibilities:- Manage employee onboarding and orientation programs
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
- Administer payroll and benefits programs using HRIS systems
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and improve efficiency
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters
- Handle employee relations issues, including investigations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
- Collaborate with management to identify training needs and develop training programs
- Lead process improvement initiatives to streamline HR processes
- Collect and analyze HR data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HR professional.
