**Sales Coordinator, Openings**

The Sales Coordinator, Openings is a key member of the Sonder Sales team and drives revenue to newly opened and onboarding properties. This organized team member owns all aspects of sales coordination, booking migration, and reservations transfer for these new properties.

The Sales Coordinator, Openings will work closely with and lead the Revenue Task Force to ensure all Sonders are revenue optimized upon openings. In addition this role will coordinate and work closely with the RED (Real Estate Development) team, Revenue Management and the Market Operations Openings team to ensure all Sonders revenue tactics are completed prior to openings.

In addition to the tactics above, the Openings Sales coordinator will support post performance optimization of a Sonder. This includes assisting with any post opening concerns that are Sales and Revenue specific with a shared goal of driving incremental revenue to the organization.

**AT SONDER YOU WILL:**

* Lead a cross functional revenue task force team for all global openings.

* Responsible for reporting and tracking of openings for the Revenue team; working closely with auxiliary departments.

* Lead the onboarding of all hotel takeovers with a booking migration (existing reservations) successfully with a cross functional team support.

* Partner with key stakeholders in Sales on a Sales ramp strategy for key buildings.

* Collaborate with Revenue Management on Ramp Revenue Openings projects to align the team on tasks needed to optimize a new Sonder opening.

* Be responsible for maintaining and updating the Sales section of the Ramp playbook working with key Sales stakeholders on updates and changes on a routine basis.

* Assist in continuous improvements to Openings procedures and processes in a data-oriented manner'

* Will be agile and have a keen sense to be able to multitask these various tasks throughout their day.

**WHAT WE LOOK FOR:**

* Minimum 2 years of experience in the hospitality, travel, or real estate industry, preferably with opening hotels and buildings.

* Strong understanding of the hotel industrys reservations landscape *and* the real estate industrys rental/leasing landscape.

* Strong ability to see projects through from beginning to end; an organized multi-tasker who thrives on managing multiple projects at the same time.

* Super-communicator, both internally and externally, with strong interpersonal skills; Proven ability to collaborate and build strong relationships to drive partner satisfaction and growth.

* Proven ability to improve and/or streamline processes in a growing, changing, complex environment.

* Skilled in both Microsoft and Google suites of products, Salesforce, and other sales enablement tools.

* Excited and passionate about Sonder, reaching Sales targets, and working cross-functionally to build a world class Sales organization!

* Passionate, positive, and ability to flex and adapt with a growing organization!

* Use conflict resolution skills and resolve issues and coordinate with internal departments to assist in overcoming roadblocks
