Outside Sales Lighting Service Representative
Location Phoenix, Arizona, US JOB DESCRIPTION At
We are currently looking for an Outside Sales Lighting Service Representative at our location.
What you will do :
- Grow sales of AZLS lighting, services, and controls in the Arizona territory
- Call on property managers, institutions, and building owners to secure lighting retrofit opportunities
- Perform lighting and controls retrofit / conservation audits
- Grow new and existing client base
- Identify prospective customers, lead generation, and conversion
- Negotiate pricing, terms and prepare sales agreements
- Sell the full spectrum of Arizona Lighting Solutions offerings including lighting service, lighting projects, and value-added services
- Create and demonstrate financial value ROI for clients
What you will bring :
- Lighting, electrical, sign experience, or any combination of education, experience, and training which provides the ability to fulfill all job responsibilities
- Three to five years of experience in identifying, qualifying, and closing opportunities for lighting savings projects and / or energy conservation
- Ability to develop and deliver presentations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent problem solving and organizational skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Flexible to work anytime and must have a tenacious work attitude
- Capable to give a quick and accurate response to questions
Physical Requirements and Work Environment :
- There are no major physical demands for this position, but it does require the ability to drive and possess a good driving record
- Combination of office and field environments
