What You Will Do :

  • Work with existing showroom customers and prospects within a professional showroom environment.
  • Manage lighting sales with a strong focus on revenue growth.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to customers, vendors, and internal associates.
  • Present decorative and commercial lighting styles and applications to inquiring customers.
  • Place outbound calls to new and existing accounts identifying opportunities for inside and outside sales.
  • Generate quotes, process orders, and follow-up with customers after orders close.
  • Help assist customers with online wish list via North Coast Lighting website.
  • Achieve monthly sales goals.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What You Will Bring :

  • The ideal candidate will have experience in sales or customer service with a powerful desire to learn.
  • Ability to be a critical thinker and problem solver, with a strong focus on client satisfaction.

  • Basic knowledge of Windows Office Programs

Physical Requirements and Work Environment :

  • Office / Showroom Environment
  • Frequent phone and computer use
  • Standing; some lifting.
  • Usual 40-hour work week; Saturdays required.
  • Requires punctual regular and reliable on-site attendance.

Salary & Compensation :

  • This position is non-exempt and is eligible for overtime
  • Pay is $20 / hour - $24 / hour, DOE
