• Assist with supporting the full cycle AR and cash apps process
• Handle check runs, matching invoices to the payments
• Assist both internal and external inquires about invoices and disbursement status
• Follow up on unclaimed checks with vendors, voiding and reissuing at the bank as necessary
• Assist with providing backup documents for SOX404 testing
• Contact vendors via phone, email, and in-person to discuss outstanding balances
• Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies or issues, addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment status, utilizing our internal systems and software.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as project managers and other department leads

• 1 years of experience in an AR/Cash apps role
• Effective communication and customer service skills
• Ability to collaborate internally with teams and leaders
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc.)

• Previous ERP experience
• Previous AEC industry experience
• Accounting or related education

Compensation: $20-$25/ Hour
Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
