Soni Resources is seeking an Azure Engineer for one of our clients in the Houston, Texas area. This is a permanent opportunity that requires 4 days onsite and 1 workday from home. As an Azure Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing our Azure cloud infrastructure. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy scalable and reliable solutions on the Azure platform. Responsibilities:

• Design, deploy, and manage Azure cloud infrastructure and services.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure scalable and reliable cloud solutions.
• Implement and maintain Azure virtual machines, storage accounts, and networking components.
• Monitor and optimize Azure resources for performance, cost, and security.
• Automate deployment and configuration processes using Azure DevOps or similar tools.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Azure infrastructure and services.
• Stay up to date with Azure best practices, new features, and industry trends.

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of Azure services such as VMs, storage accounts, networking, and security.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation using PowerShell, Python, or similar languages.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, ARM templates, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Solid understanding of cloud architecture principles and best practices.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Administrator Associate, Azure Solutions Architect Expert) are a plus.

Compensation: $110,000 - 140,000Salary range is determined based on factors such as relevant experience, expertise, qualifications, and other job-related considerations.
