Soni is Hiring a Compliance Specialist Near Queens, NY
A large Property Management company, based in Queens, is looking for a Compliance Specialist to join one of their departments. The Specialist will gather documents, organize data, and communicate with internal and external parties. The ideal candidate has previous Real Estate or Leasing experience, with exposure or previous work with compliance projects. The position is onsite and available to start asap.
Requirements:
- 1 year of Leasing, Real Estate, or Property Management experience
- 1 years of HUD experience
- MS Office Suite (outlook, teams, basic excel, and word)
- Work onsite 5x/ week
Preferred Skills:
- Bilingual in Spanish
- 2 years of HUD experience
- Experience with Reporting
Compensation: $50,000- $60,000
Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
