Soni is partnering with an NYC Educational Institution seeking a Director of Program Management. The Director of Program Management is responsible for leading and managing the implementation of policies, planning models, programmatic and operational functions of programs.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, development, and implementation of programs
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and ensure effective and efficient operations and communications are in place for all programs. Design systems to proactively implement high-functioning student and internal systems, communications, and program management workflows and processes that enhance service delivery for all stakeholders. Streamline services by creating, developing and documenting policies, procedures, program assets, manuals and workflows.
• Lead recruitment of TAs/RAs, guest speakers, volunteers, and instructors, including outreach strategies, working with HR on hiring processes, onboarding, and orientation.
• Collaborate with other staff to manage financial transactions, including reimbursements, vendor procurement, payments, and financial tracking and reporting.
• Manage and develop student onboarding and orientation workflows. Support synchronous and asynchronous content development, delivery, and evaluation to ensure processes can scale to serve thousands of students each year. Work collaboratively with other team members and oversee team members working on student success processes, workflows and communications. Moderate student events and sessions as needed and track feedback and outcomes.
• Collaborate with the team to collect, analyze, and report on student engagement, assignments, and outcomes using CRM, data analysis tools, and surveys. Analyze results and KPIs to provide insights and trends, as well as to inform program strategies and enhancements. Integrate participant, team, and partner feedback to continuously improve program quality and outcomes.
• Collaborate with key University partners to leverage connections and resources, and coordinates access to resources across campus. Organize internal and external program-related events for participants.
• Liaise with external partners and employers to create placement opportunities for graduates.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree
• 5-7 years of experience in program management, education, or related field
• Strong leadership skills
• Project management skills
• Technically proficient in MS Office, Google Suite, CRM, Canva, Zoom, etc.

Preferred Skills:

• Master’s degree
• Familiarity with educational content delivery platforms.
• Experience working with rotating instructors and TAs in an academic environment

Compensation: $46-$50/ Hour

Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
