Our client is seeking a motivated Staff Accountant with 0-3 years of experience to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will possess a positive attitude, and strong Excel skills. This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment, contribute to various accounting functions, and grow within the organization. This is a hybrid position with 3 days in office and 2 days remote.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets.
• Perform reconciliations of accounts and investigate discrepancies.
• Support month-end and year-end close processes.
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to management.
• Assist with audit and tax preparation tasks.
• Maintain accurate and organized financial records.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on special projects as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economic, or related field.
• 0-3 years of experience in Accounting or Finance.
• Accounting internship experience is a plus!
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and formulas.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Sales and Use Tax is a plus.
• Ability to adapt to changing responsibilities and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation: $55,000-65,000 Medical Benefits, Career Growth, Tuition Reimbursement

Salary range is determined based on factors such as relevant experience, expertise, qualifications, and other job-related considerations.
