Responsibilities:
- Support the management of the facilities inbox and ticketing system. Respond to inquiries quickly and efficiently
- Respond to facilities issues as needed
- Coordinate and track work orders, manage until request completion
- Serve as check-in/check-out point person for all facilities related work
- Coordinate facilities efforts accordingly including managing building access, key system and swipe access, office signage
- Manage storage space, inventory materials and store them appropriately
- Assist with proactive maintenance of building
- Manage Fed Ex shipments and deliveries as well as mail and parcel delivery
- Act as general administrative support to Space Management
- Document floor plans with seating assignments
- Facilitate internal space moves, help set-up spaces for new employees
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 2 years’ related experience
- Client service experience
- Project management experience
Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
