Investment firm seeking 6 month contract-to-hire Lead Desktop Support professional - responsible for configuration, maintenance, deployment installation activities in person, via phone/email/chat with strong problem-solving interpersonal skills. This is a fully onsite role, 5x a week.

• 3 years white glove support
• Windows 10, O365, Azure
• Servicenow
• TCP/IP, Basic Networking
• Intune MDM
• Mobile support - iOS/Android
• Active Directory
• ZScaler
• Powershell scripting
• Video conference support

Compensation: $75,000-100,000 Bonus

Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
