Seeking a detail-oriented and organized Legal Assistant at a large law firm. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to attorneys by performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. This role involves managing case files, conducting legal research, drafting documents, and ensuring that all legal procedures are followed accurately.

Responsibilities:

• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, discovery requests, and correspondence. Proofread and edit documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare and file legal documents with courts, ensuring compliance with legal procedures and deadlines.
• Communicate with clients and courts and manage schedule
• Experience working with litigation department and IP team

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of law firm experience in IP, IP litigation or litigation case work
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a demanding environment, liaising with all levels of staff and attorneys and clients
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
• Skilled in comprehending and complying with instructions
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional organizational skills and diligence in follow-through
• Positive and initiative driven approach
• Must work well independently, and as part of a team

Salary: $30-$40 /Hour. Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
