Soni's growing client is seeking to add an Operations Team Coordinator to their team. The Operations Team Coordinator provides essential administrative support to various members of the operations team. The role involves extensive travel coordination, acting as the liaison with the corporate travel agency, managing travel arrangements and emergencies, maintaining travel logs and budgets, and reconciling travel expenses. Additional responsibilities include assisting with daily tasks, annual projects, and board meeting logistics, reconciling credit card transactions, managing expense reports, developing presentations, supporting internal reporting, and organizing team events and activities.
Requirements:

• Min 5 years of Administrative experience in a corporate office
• Heavy travel and scheduling exp including international travel
• Concur, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Office 365
• Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills
• Exposure working with all levels of the company including the C suite

Preferred Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Notary Public of Texas

Compensation: $80,000 - $85,000
Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
