Responsibilities:
- Review and manage AP/AR
- Analyze financial data and create reports on status
- Accurate accounting reporting
- Develop recommendations and forecasting to optimize company's accounting systems and procedures and detect inaccuracies
- Support and consult company's personnel on accounting control procedures
- Month and year-end close processes
- Budget preparation
- Support and oversee tax audits and returns
- Ensure accounting procedures always comply with GAAP requirements
- MS Office (Excel) capability
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- BS in Accounting
Preferred Skills:
- Insurance Agency Industry
- Knowledge of Applied Epic software
Compensation: $100,000
