## Overview

## Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of catering, banquets, and food service operations
- Supervise kitchen staff and ensure efficient kitchen management
- Utilize Aloha POS system for order processing and inventory management
- Ensure compliance with food handling and safety regulations
- Implement strategies to enhance customer service and satisfaction
- Oversee food service management to maintain quality standards
- Coordinate with various departments to optimize overall hospitality experience
## Qualifications
- Proven experience in hospitality, hotel, or food service industry
- Strong background in catering, banquet services, and kitchen management
- Familiarity with Aloha POS system is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
- Knowledge of food handling regulations and safety protocols
