Role Title: Restaurant Systems AdministratorDuration: It is a 6-month contract to hire. Location: Greenwood Village, CO 80111Required Tech/Experience (Manager won’t consider candidates without the following):
Responsibilities
- Experience with New Restaurant openings
- Oracle MICROS A MUST Restaurant POS System (Simphony Micros EMC)
- Restaurant Time and Attendance Systems (Hot Schedules specifically- Strongly preferred)
- Client Facing- must have the people skills. Preferably this person has worked in the restaurant industry
Responsibilities
- Provided planning, analysis, deployment, and technical support on a wide variety of software applications, hardware, peripherals, and networked services.
- Monitor day-to-day operational systems including Simphony POS, Hot Schedules, internet and phones, AV, networking, wifi, and security.
- Manage user credentials setup for new employees.
- Travel to new restaurant openings to deploy hardware, manage vendors, conduct system testing, and support all restaurant systems for opening.
- Support the company wide scheduling system migration from Fourth LP to Hot Schedules
- Admin experience with Simphony Micros EMC and R&A.
- Hot Schedules system administration.
- Firm understanding of networking principals.
- Experience Project Managing or deploying POS and restaurant technology for new restaurant openings.
- Proven experience managing vendor relationships and escalating service issues to resolution.
- Positive and professional attitude.
- Possess strong analytical skills.
- Willingness to travel ~50%.
- Ability to multi-task with good organizational and project skills.
- Strong listener with the ability to communicate effectively
