The Role:
As a Bankruptcy Attorney heading up the department, you will be instrumental in both managing and expanding the bankruptcy division. This role requires a proactive approach to client management, case evaluation, and business development.
Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and file bankruptcy documents for Chapter 7, 11, and 13 cases.
• Interview and assess new client cases to determine firm representation.
• Drive new business development, engage with clients directly, and represent the firm’s interests.
• Oversee, manage and expand the firm’s bankruptcy department.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in bankruptcy law, with a comprehensive understanding of Chapters 7, 11, and 13.
• Admission to the Arizona State Bar in good standing.
• Demonstrated ability to prepare detailed bankruptcy filings.
• Strong team collaboration skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Must possess an entrepreneurial spirit.
• A writing sample is required upon application.
