The One Willow Bridge is looking for a Full-Time Year Round Bellstaff member. Paid Housing Available. Wage: $20.00/hour, plus tips Typical Schedule: 6:45am - 2:45pm or 2:45pm - 10:45pm, working weekends and holidays is required Primary Purpose Of PositionA Bellstaff is to extend the highest level of personalized service to all guests and patrons. Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Serves guests in every possible way, exhibiting a friendly and positive attitude to ensure an enjoyable and relaxing stay.
Controls traffic at the Port and garage.
Maintains a constant presence at the Bellstand to insure guest satisfaction in a timely manner.
Assists guests with luggage to and from rooms.
Responsible for guest long term storage needs, picking-up and bringing back items to the “long-term storage in Avon.
Delivers and picks up guests misc. needs or items.
Greets guests as they arrive and introduces them to the Front Desk / Concierge agents to facilitate check-in procedures.
Assists guests with any questions they may have and directs them to their desired destination. Accompanying the guest rather than merely pointing to their destination is preferred.
While assisting in the guests check-in to room, orients them to the room’s and properties’ amenities.
Reports any unsafe conditions or suspicious activity to the Manager on Duty and records them in HotSoS.
Maintains accurate key control including sign-in and out of all keys and radios.
Maintains accurate key control for all vehicles that have been parked.
Daily distributes newspapers to guest rooms on request.
Responsible for weekly maintenance of Recycling Room.
Maintenance and cleaning of company vehicles. Responsible for keeping vehicles fueled.
Assists Business Center in storing of items received or shipped as needed.
Assists Activities Center in transportation of guests to golf course, biking tours, etc.
Assists Concierge with various duties as required i.e. bike rentals, flower deliveries, messaging, etc.
Delivers / Pick-up ski equipment for guests between the property and the Ski Haus.
Communicates constantly with Front Office and Concierge to insure smooth operation.
Assists housekeeping as necessary.
Education/Experience
Minimum of 1 year Customer Service experience.
Able to operate all makes of automobiles. Valid driver’s license with no previous violations.
Strong organizational skills

Good physical condition, able to carry heavy loads.
Excellent communications skills, attention to detail, ability to “think on your feet”, and must be well organized as well as personable & polite.
Ability to work a flexible schedule
Essential Physical Requirements
Ability to stand and walk for a full length shift, up to 12 hours
Able to perform various activities such as constant standing, walking, frequent bending, reaching, kneeling, and squatting
Able to handle objects weighing 50-65 lbs routinely
