OverviewThe Associate Project Manager, Marketing is responsible for the seamless coordination of all marketing projects, driving process improvements, and facilitating translation efforts. This role provides process training and guidelines to help ensure global brand consistency and compliance.

Pay Ranges: $74,400/yr -$111,600/yr

What you’ll do:
- Responsible for the planning, execution, and completion of marketing projects in Workfront, like reviews, redlines, approvals, ensuring all deliverables are met within scope, time, and budget.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the marketing team.
- Manage translation efforts for marketing materials to ensure consistency and accuracy across different languages and regions.
- Assign design, internally or externally with vendors and agencies.
- Ensure all marketing communication materials are routed as defined in the marketing process and approved in PLM as per defined project timelines.
- Ensure maintenance of existing global material and availability of marketing material through shared platforms, e.g. SharePoint, MAM

- Liaise with translation vendor(s) on translation projects, including quotes, workflows, and timelines.
- Manage translation budget and ensure translation requests are charged to the correct cost center.
- Other duties as assigned.
What you bring to the team:Education
- Bachelor´s degree in Marketing or Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years working in either the Medical Device industry or in labeling and content creation and management.
- Experience with Class III medical devices.
- Reliable and committed.
- High professional ethics and Integrity.
- Customer oriented and flexibility/ability to deal with different points of view.
- Creative and attention to details.
- Hands-on attitude.
- Strong organization skills, create structures and processes and seek for improvements.
- Function as a team player with peers, global teams, and other cross functional team members.
- Open, communicative, energetic, and enthusiastic personality.
- Sensitivity to different cultures and pleasure in working in an international setting.
- Creative and focused on customer experience.
- Proactive, solution-oriented
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to identify issues and develop creative solutions to overcome obstacles and achieve project goals.
- Project Management experience.
- English/ Proficient
- Other language
- Very good working knowledge of MS Office, Teams, Agile/PLM, Adobe Suite
- Knowledge in Workfront project management tool is a plus.
