Audiological Care apart of Sonova is looking for a Sr. Manager ofMarketing Insights & Analytics, reportingtothe Senior Director of Marketing, In this role will be responsible for reporting & analytics for the marketing department, providing observations and recommendations on performance opportunities, market trends, and consumer behavior.

Utilizing their strong business acumen and knowledge of the full consumer journey they will collaborate with marketing & contact center leadership to produce daily reports, identify enhancements in processes, and help drive business growth across 440 retail clinics.

Responsibilities & Duties

• Researching consumer and market trends, target demographics, and competing brands
• Design, briefing, and validation of report requests for business intelligence
• Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting marketing data for KPI's along the sales funnel
• Preparing detailed reports on consumer behavior, competitors' activities, outcomes, and sales
• NPS & CSAT strategy and output evaluation for customer experience
• Tracking advertising costs and evaluating the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and channels
• Identifying potential opportunities and challenges for the organization
• Designing and implementing market and consumer surveys
• Producing presentations and reports for management and stakeholder'sunderstanding of clinic capacity to optimize marketing spend in the most effective way
• Identify opportunities and gaps within the business insights and analytics needs
• Support analytics of key initiatives such as regional performance, D-clinics & Capacity Management

Job Qualifications

Bachelors required

Industry/Product Knowledge Required:

• Strong business acumen with knowledge of sales funnel and consumer journeys
• Intermediate experience with Excel, PowerBI, and PowerPoint

Experience in analyzing data and presenting to stakeholders

Work Experience:

• 4-6 years' experience within a Marketing /sales team with a focus on analyticsand reporting.
