SonoVision is an established family-owned business located in Beaverton, OR which repairs and refurbishes ultrasound equipment.

This position requires a detail-oriented mind and the ability to work well under time constraints. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who likes independence and enjoys the challenge and satisfaction of research and problem solving.

The skills to create and maintain organization will be a must. This is not a warehouse position; all work is done within a casual office setting.

Shipping & Receiving Clerk

$20 / hour

Free medical, paid vacation, and SEP IRA

Monday Friday, 8 : 00 am 4 : 30 pm

Responsibilities : Receiving

Receiving

• Accept packages from delivery drivers
• Investigate accuracy of model number and condition of each part
• Log contents in tracking system receipt and receive to correct location
• Research and problem solve any issues in order to properly credit customers

Shipping

• Organize and replenish shipping supplies
• Take packages to shipping facility, when needed
• Update tracking system through each step of the process
• Respond to emails and work requests in a timely manner
• Prepare shipments using safe packing methods and ensure accurate labeling
