The Supply Chain Specialist will play a crucial role in overseeing operations management, supply chain processes, shipping, receiving, warehouse management systems, process improvement, sourcing, and NVOCC activities. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth flow of goods and materials through the supply chain to meet business objectives.

Duties:
- Manage day-to-day supply chain operations efficiently.
- Coordinate shipping and receiving activities.
- Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory and optimize storage.
- Implement process improvement strategies to enhance supply chain efficiency.
- Collaborate with vendors for sourcing materials and services.
- Oversee NVOCC operations for effective transportation management.
- Ensure timely dispatching of goods to meet delivery schedules.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
- Proven experience in operations management within a supply chain environment.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems and logistics software.
- Strong understanding of process improvement methodologies.
- Ability to effectively source materials and negotiate contracts with suppliers.
- Knowledge of NVOCC regulations and practices is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building strong relationships with stakeholders.
