Position is responsible for providing day to day sales support though sales activity planning, lead nurturing, and data management through SOPREMA and its affiliates in the United States, their respective sales teams.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
· Assist in the qualification/management of Construct Connect projects and mange them through the conversion process to CPOs in Salesforce.
· With the use of Salesforce assisting in job quoting and data management.
· Work with regional sales teams to secure and schedule AIA presentations
· Manage all pre/post event administrative tasks for AIA
· With the use of Salesforce nurture and convert inbound leads to opportunities
· Work with the Regional Sales Managers on email marketing campaigns and manage follow-up on campaign.
· Manage all lead follow-up for tradeshows, webinars, website leads, ecommerce, etc.
· Perform regular outbound telemarketing efforts to support new business development by market.
· Ensure brand consistency
· Establish effective relationships with collaborators within other departments (Marketing, Finance, Customer Service, R & D, Human Resources, Operations, etc.) to address key business issues and opportunities.
· Manage customer expectations and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction.
· Assist in the procurement of technical letters and other documents as it relates to AEC and CPO opportunities in Salesforce.
· Develop strategic corporate, national, and regional account relationships and cultivate C-level business relationships at the distribution and retail level.
· Collect and analyze sales data and trends and use KPI metrics to drive sales process and planning.
· Track information and data related to contact and account interactions through Salesforce.
Minimum Qualifications:
· Excellent analytical skills and solid business acumen with ability to balance the needs of the marketplace with sound business judgment
· Demonstrated ability to meet objectives, drive results and operate with the highest level of urgency in solving problems
· Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Applications
· Excellent communication skills

· Employee must be able to read technical specifications and use a computer.
· Employee may be required to travel approximately 10% of the time within North America and possibly internationally.
