Major Responsibilities
•Partner with the firm's investment and risk teams to translate their requirements into technology solutions: building tools, models, analytical libraries, and processes to facilitate their research, idea generation, trading, and portfolio analysis.
•Collaborate with the broader technology team to develop a unified, scalable platform for harnessing real-time and historical market data and analytics.
•Work as a full-stack technologist, build front-to-back solutions that leverage the firm's data platforms, microservices architecture, UI frameworks, and DevOps toolchain.
Requirements
•5 years of experience developing Front Office and/or Risk tools and analytics
•Proficiency in one or more statically-typed programming language (e.g. C#, C , Java, etc.) as well as one or more dynamically-typed language (e.g. Python, R, etc.)
•Experience leveraging both traditional relational databases (e.g. SQL Server, Postgres) as well as special-purpose database technologies (e.g. Redis, Snowflake, etc.)
•High-level understanding of asset classes (Equity, Fixed Income, Derivatives), analytical models, and financial markets
Optional, but preferred
•Familiarity with common data science tools and libraries (e.g. Pandas, NumPy, etc.)
•Experience building analytical UIs and visualizations using Jupyter, DASH, PyXLL, or similar.
•Familiarity with real-time market data feeds (e.g. Bloomberg) and APIs
•Experience building tools/processes to support systematic trading strategies

• Experience with version contorl and software deployment systems

Anticipated Salary Range
We anticipate the annual base salary for this role will be in the range of $165,000 - $225,000. In addition to a base salary, the successful candidate will also be eligible to receive a discretionary year-end bonus, as well as other benefits.
