We are currently looking for a Finance Manager to join our growing team, who will be responsible for
Management Reporting [Internal and External], Investor Relations, and Equity Management.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
● Prepare Monthly Budgets and Forecasts with Key Dept Heads [GAAP and Cash flow]
● Develop, maintain, and analyze budgets, preparing periodic reports that compare budgeted
costs to actual costs.
● Analyze business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and
obligations to project future revenues and expenses or to provide advice
● Play a key role in activities with VC firms and Bankers for capital sourcing activities (creating
data rooms and managing due diligence requests).
● Manage and own monthly CIP/Cap Ex Summary in partnership with CTO and CPO for
booking monthly entries and forecasting purposes
● Prepare Monthly Management reports [KPIs, variance analysis, etc], External Investor
Reports (Monthly/Qtrly), BOD Reports
● Prepare monthly consolidated income statement
● Manage and own all communications with external investors including providing requested
docs
● Manage and own the Cap Table, company stock and options administration through Carta
● Own and manage Bill.com for payment requests and approvals in line with Monthly budget
● Prepare near term cash flow forecasting as well as Monthly and Annual Cash flow forecast
● Generate and interpret financial records and statements for management.
● Analyze financial data in order to prepare financial reports and prepare budget forecasts.
● Play a leadership role in the implementation of adjunct systems
● Assist in external audits
● Assist in monthly close, year-end audit and special projects with the CFO
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
● Five or more (5 ) years of financial analysis & reporting experience
● Big 4 CPA or Regional CPA firm highly preferred
● Bachelor’s degree with an accounting background from a four-year university institution. CPA
or CPA candidate highly preferred.
● Fluent in written and spoken Korean is highly preferred.
● Native fluency in written and spoken Korean
● Familiarity with Carta or other stock option management tools
● Familiarity with Budgeting Tools such as Adaptive, Anaplan, Oracle, Netsuite
● Advance knowledge and skills of Excel – V Look Up and Pivot Tables
● Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving work environment
● Well organized, proactive, ability to lead in and outside of department, handle stressful
situations well, positive attitude.
● Confident in working with Senior Executives, Bankers, Investment Firms and Investors
● Must be able to be fully onsite and come to the office Monday through Friday
