Summary
We are looking for a Japanese-English bilingual Human Resources Supervisor who can manage
day-to-day HR operations including but not limited to benefit administration, on/off-boarding, payroll,
employee relations, and visa processing.
High-level Scope:
deductions (pre/post tax), local, state and federal tax requirement, and gross-up calculation for
expatriate’s payroll.
carriers and Federal/State regulatory agencies.

Qualification:
● 3-8yearsofexperience in Human Resources
● 2 yearsofexperience supervising a team of 2-3 people
● Bachelor's Degree in HR Management, Business Administration or in a related field
● Japanese- English bilingual is a must, with strong English communication.
