About the Position

• Embrace a work schedule with regular hours, occasional Saturday mornings, and early morning or early evening meetings.
• Play a crucial role in obtaining complete medical histories, conducting physical examinations, and ordering diagnostic tests to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Work closely with our renowned physicians to provide diagnostic and treatment services, fostering a collaborative and engaging clinical teaching environment.
• Assess, diagnose, and develop personalized care plans in accordance with practice protocols, ensuring the highest quality of care for our patients.
• As an advanced practice provider, you will be a vital member of our clinical practice with physician collaboration and active participation.
• Enjoy longer patient appointments with 20/40 minute durations, allowing you to build meaningful connections.

About the Practice

• Join our busy Family Medicine practice, where you'll have the opportunity to:
• Collaborate with both physicians and advanced practice providers.
• Work with your own independent panel of patients.
• Utilize a state-of-the-art facility with specialty practices nearby, streamlining services for our patients, including radiology, laboratory, cardiac, sports, PT, OB, and urology services.
• Experience the convenience of Epic as the Electronic Medical Record system.

Requirements

• NYS licensed/registered NP, with a specialty area of certification consistent with our practice.
• NPI number and Medicare Enrollment with Medicare Identification Number (or PTAN) or eligibility for Medicare Enrollment within 6 months of hire.
• Current CPR certification through the American Heart Association or the client.
• Preferred: 3-5 years of previous NP experience in primary care outpatient.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
