The Plant Manager is seeking a professional to oversee Plant QA / QC operations and address customer complaints efficiently. This role involves identifying and resolving quality issues promptly through effective root cause analysis and corrective action processes, aiming for no customer impact. The successful candidate will also provide guidance and mentorship to less experienced Quality Engineers.
We're looking for someone with a strong background in plastics or polymers, preferably with experience in plastic extrusion, compounding, or similar processes, ready to advance into a managerial position. Experience as a ISO 9001 auditor is essential for this role.
While not mandatory, candidates with a Lean Six Sigma certification, Certified Quality Lead Auditor qualifications, or a Bachelor's degree in Polymer, Plastics, Chemical engineering, or a related field are preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $110,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
