Job Description:

be approved. When submitting candidates include at least two references
(one must be from current manager), a resume, and completed skills
checklist/competency assessment.
13 weeks assignment, 2 years' current experience required in a 25-room clinical outpatient facility required. Must be a team player, flexible and accustomed to fast paced environment. Must have successfully completed at least one 13-week travel assignment.
Certs: BLS and PALS certifications required. BLS and PALS must be completed through American Heart Association, American Health and Safety, or client. EPIC EMR experience preferred.
Shift: This is an 8-hour DAY shift position. Shift start time 08:00. No Weekends, Holiday, or On-Call. Travelers are first to float to all areas within facility in which they are trained including ED and alternate holding areas to care for appropriate patients and to alternate locations within 20 miles of permanent assigned location. Traveling pairs are not guaranteed same schedules or same shifts.
Orientation: is the first week of the contract, not to exceed 40 total hours, and includes EPIC training.
Scrubs: required and not provided by the facility. Child friendly scrub top. Scrub pants in sangria red, plum purple, hunter green or black.
Clinical: Experience with administration of vaccines and pediatric related office procedures.

1. Travelers must not have been an employee of the Presbyterian Healthcare Services system for 12 months from last day worked, in order to be considered for a travel position. 2. Travelers are first to float within facility and to alternate locations within 20 miles of permanent assigned location. 3. State tax is passed through to your agency and will be reflected on your invoice. The state tax should be paid to the state of New Mexico. 4. ENSURE AN ACCURATE SS# and DOB IS ENTERED. IF NOT, TRAVELER MAY BE PUSHED/AGENCY SUSPENED (creates I.T. onboarding issues).
