Salary Range: $35,000 - $75,000 annually

Responsibilities:

• Strategy Development:
• Devise and execute strategies to optimize returns on real estate investments.
• Negotiate with potential investors and buyers to secure favorable deals and enhance profits.
• Maintain regular communication and updates with clients, investors, and team members.
• Buyer Engagement:
• Identify and cultivate relationships with potential buyers within the real estate investment community.
• Proactively engage with investors, brokers, and stakeholders to understand their investment criteria.
• Marketing and Presentation:
• Develop innovative marketing strategies to showcase investment properties to the target audience.
• Create compelling property presentations and marketing materials to highlight investment opportunities.
• Negotiation and Closing:
• Negotiate favorable terms with potential buyers to ensure optimal returns.
• Coordinate the closing process, collaborating closely with legal and administrative teams for efficient transactions.
• Market Research:
• Stay abreast of real estate market trends, comparable sales, and investment strategies.
• Provide valuable insights and recommendations based on market research to enhance sales strategies.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with buyers, ensuring satisfaction and fostering repeat business.
• Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Documentation and Compliance:
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance of all documentation and contracts.
• Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to mitigate risks and ensure smooth transaction processes.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in real estate, with a focus on wholesaling or investment sales.
• Extensive knowledge of real estate market trends, valuation, and investment analysis is essential.
• Top-notch written and verbal communication skills and superior phone etiquette required
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with legal and regulatory requirements in real estate transactions is a plus.
• Requires an enthusiastic passion for real estate asset sales and a goal-oriented personality
• Exceptional in long term relationship building
