Compensation

Commission-Based Role : Tap into a great earning potential with our competitive commission structure of $80,000 - $150,000 per year.

Other Requirements

  • Team Collaboration : Willingness to join our team and the cooperating brokerage.
  • Vehicle : Must own or lease a vehicle and have a valid driver's license with insurance coverage.
  • Availability : Ability to work open house schedules.
  • Event Participation : Availability to work during Spring & Fall Parade of Home events, Thursday-Sunday from 12 PM to 6 PM.

Pay : $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Compensation :

$80,000 - $150,000 yearly

Responsibilities :

  • Host Open Houses : Conduct open houses in model homes, including during the Spring and Fall Parade of Homes
  • Customer Interaction : Complete customer registration sheets, greet every customer warmly, and demonstrate model features, layout, and options
  • Scheduling : Organize customer meetings and build consultation sessions to discuss and plan new home designs
  • Estimate Management : Establish and modify new home estimates to ensure accuracy and client satisfaction
  • Pre-construction Coordination : Schedule and assist in pre-construction specification and design meetings
  • Field and Office Meetings : Attend lot review sessions and other necessary meetings both in the field and office environments
  • Contract Preparation : Prepare and manage purchase agreements and amendments for clients
  • Client Follow-Up : Provide timely and consistent follow-up with the client database from the initial contact to the close of the sale
  • Team Collaboration : Work effectively within a team setting, facilitating positive communication between the builder's office, drafters, and team members
  • Networking : Network and build relationships with realtors to enhance business opportunities
  • Marketing Initiatives : Develop and execute marketing campaigns for developments and model homes to generate new lead opportunities
  • CRM Management : Maintain up-to-date notes on CRM systems to track client interactions and progress

Qualifications :

  • Must have a valid Real Estate License
  • Top-notch time management skills and highly organized
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills
  • Past sales experience is preferred
  • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
  • Driven, self-motivated and desires professional growth
