Job Title: ExecutiveDirector, Collegiate Partnerships Organization: BrandEd Department: Global Enrollment & Marketing Reports to: VP Global Enrollment & Marketing Classification: Full time Location: Flexible Position PurposeBrandEd partners with prestigious companies to deliver relevant, experiential learning programs taught by industry experts from the world’s best brands. The BrandEd portfolio currently includes Sotheby’s Institute of Art, The School of The New York Times, City Football Leadership Institute, and Condé Nast College. Our academic programs range from pre-college to master’s degrees with campuses in New York, London, Madrid and Online, and partnerships around the world. BrandEd is hiring an Executive Director of Collegiate Partnerships to help accelerate our growth and impact with colleges and universities to reach current undergraduate students. The candidate will have significant experience and passion in building relationships with college and university partners, as well as working cross-functionally with marketing & sales to drive go-to-market alignment across the business. Experience building partnerships for study abroad, summer and January Term programs is desired. ResponsibilitiesSpecific duties and responsibilities include the following, but the individual will also be expected to perform all the duties necessary, which are customarily performed by a person holding this position or one similar to it. Other duties may be assigned. Essential Functions
Identifies potential college and university partners to target for development of program pipelines with a focus on the undergraduate student market
Develops and maintains a system of analyzing and tracking outreach efforts and activities across multiple relationships and programs
Forecasts and delivers partnership metrics (monthly and quarterly sales projections and goals) including monthly market overview presentations to Senior Leadership Team
Facilitates feedback mechanisms with partners to monitor progress towards goals as outlined by the partnership agreement and identifies opportunities for improvement and expansion
Ensures successful implementation of agreed upon scope of partnership by collaborating with individuals and departments across BrandEd
Creates customized pitch decks and other presentation materials for potential partners
Participates and effectively represents BrandEd and its schools at external events
Organizes conferences and other events in collaboration with partners
Facilitates negotiation and management of terms of partnership
Support partners through email, phone, online presentations, and in-person meetings
Collaborates with program teams to ensure the successful delivery of students

Outstanding organizational and event management skills
Experience with customer relationship management software platforms
Ability to present effectively to senior management
Ability to lead and influence across geographically dispersed teams
Strong business acumen, independent decision-making abilities, a highly professional demeanor, and excellent interpersonal skills
Required
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum of 8 years relevant work experience preferably in business development, sales and marketing or other client facing and relationship management roles in the education sector
Established relationships with universities, education institutions and industry partners around the world
Language Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent command of the English language
