Sound Investment is Hiring an Event Production Sales Coordinator Near Chicago, IL

Job DescriptionProgressive audiovisual and event production company seek a Sales Coordinator. Our full scope of services includes comprehensive AV production solutions for corporate, social, live entertainment, staging, technology solutions and show management. This position is based in Chicago. An outgoing professional personality, industry experience and knowledge of event logistics are preferred.
Desired Skills & ExperienceThe ideal candidate will possess knowledge of modern office peripherals. Previous sales experience in the events industry is required. We are looking for an individual who works well in a team but is also self-motivated. Candidate must maintain a professional demeanour at all times.
Core Responsibilities
  • Populate and update company event calendar
  • Assist sales team with documentation updates
  • Assist sales team with client updates
  • Assist sales team with contracts
  • Assist production team with event specifics and confirmations
  • Assist office administrator with answering phones
  • Interact with clients and staff in a positive professional manner
