Join our team in Spokane! We're seeking a highly skilled window and door Installation Project Manager. This role serves as the field manager for all installation operations within a particular territory, directly supervising the Lead Installers and indirectly supervising the Installers operating within the given territory.

Duties of this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Oversee installation teams within assigned territory
  • Directly supervise Lead Installers and their teams within assigned territory
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Installation Manager, Customer Care Director, Service Technician, and Project Manager
  • Manage Installers to ensure job timelines are being met and install calendar is scheduled accurately
  • Measure windows and provide accurate measurements, materials and expectations for successful job completion
  • Communicate revenue and goals to team daily
  • Ensure that company policies are being followed
  • Conduct jobsite safety and quality assurance inspections
  • Ensure that all installation teams are following the correct safety guidelines and regulations
  • Ensure record keeping is up to date and accurate
  • Utilize continuous improvement and training opportunities
  • Meet with homeowners and installers to ensure successful job completion and delighted customers
  • Help conduct installation meetings
  • Recruit, interview, approve new hires and train to meet plan
  • Provide regular feedback to the Installation Manager

Requirements:
  • 4 years in construction, window installation, construction management or related fields and/or a bachelors degree in a transferrable field of study
  • Previous window installation experience strongly preferred
  • Attention to detail, excellent organization, ability to prioritize and adherence to timelines
  • Excellent customer service, communication and problem resolution skills
  • Willingness to work variable work hours, adapt to necessary schedule changes and ability to adjust to process changes
  • Valid Driver's License with insurable driving record

Physical Demands:

  • The ability to walk and stand for long periods of time
  • Comfortable working indoors and outdoors
  • May require dexterity to push, pull, climb, bend, twist, turn, reach, etc.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 70 pounds
  • Walk and stand on uneven surfaces
  • Comfortable working from high that may exceed 10 feet
  • Flexible to changing work conditions, assignments and hours
