Compensation And Benefits
$80,000 - $85,000* Annual Salary

Your Responsibilities
Process agency and individual state and securities licenses (new & renewal)
Maintain and monitor all licenses to ensure they do not lapse
Work with internal departments to ensure proper licensing and appointments for all lines of new business
Provide agents with necessary information to get properly licensed as per state requirements
Confirm carrier appointments and completion of proper training for all product lines
Maintain current, accurate and organized appointment files in Agency Integrator
Ensure writing codes are properly established and maintained in firm database (Agency Integrator)
Act as the liaison between carriers and new business teams for licensing and appointments of agent
Answer Phones
Manage and distribute packages and mail
Manage and process business related paperwork
Distribute and file PolicyHolder Service Correspondence
Provide administrative support and light commission work to the team and brokerage managers
Process agents’ commission statements
Qualifications We Require
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the wholesale brokerage insurance industry as an office manager (5 years preferred)
Possess hands on experience navigating insurance carrier websites and state websites
Proficient with licensing codes and pricing
Possess an Associates or Bachelor’s degree
Proficient with industry specific software programs:
Agency Integrator
SureLC (online appointment system)
Salesforce
Smart Office
Excel
Skills We Are Looking For
