Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as the Head of Business Information and Analytics. Responsibilities: Lead the development and implementation of strategic initiatives in business information and analytics to support organizational goals. Manage a team of analysts and data scientists, providing leadership, guidance, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Collaborate with senior management to identify key business questions and opportunities for leveraging data and analytics to drive insights. Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of business intelligence tools, dashboards, and reporting systems. Utilize financial data to provide deep insights into business performance, profitability, and financial health. Monitor industry trends and best practices in analytics and information management to ensure the organization remains competitive. Partner with cross-functional teams including Finance, Operations, Marketing, and IT to deliver integrated analytics solutions. Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security, adhering to regulatory and compliance requirements. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, Master’s in Finance) preferred. Proven experience in a leadership role focused on business information, analytics, or financial analysis - managing a team or mentoring/training Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and financial reporting. Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R) and experience with BI platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strategic thinker with the ability to translate data-driven insights into actionable recommendations. Experience in financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
