JOB DUTIES: Under limited supervision, handles semi-routine tasks and/or repair adjustments, and ongoing maintenance of SBC facility. Includes experienced maintenance clerk, carpenter, maintenance mechanic, and electrician. Able to work from blueprints perform tasks and/or repairs as required. Must have some AC repair knowledge. Exercises good judgement.
Equipment: Hand and power tools, ladder, forklift and many other tools on an as needed basis.
Environmental Requirements: Working both outdoors and indoors. Consists of walking, climbing, lifting, squatting, and/or bending at the waist throughout he shift. Must be able to lift and carry at least 50 pounds.
Skill Level/Experience Requirements: Basic reading, writing, and math ability. High school education or equivalent experience plus a minimum of one to two years experience in facility maintenance, some technical trade school or equivalent. Ability to read blue prints.
