Job Summary
We are seeking a Biomedical Equipment Technician to join our team! As a Biomedical Equipment Technician, you will be evaluating issues on equipment, troubleshooting problems, implementing repairs based on the issues, and repairing minor and major malfunctions to the best of your ability. You will also work closely with each customer we service to build and maintain strong working relationships, provide follow-up services to ensure everything is functioning properly, and document all issues and repairs as necessary. The ideal candidate has excellent customer service skills, a strong understanding of electronics and IT equipment, and experience working with schematic diagrams.
Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers to determine the problems theyre experiencing with their equipment
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues
• Repair both minor and major issues to equipment in a timely manner
• Follow up on repairs with customers to ensure the issues are resolved
• Build and maintain excellent relationships with vendors and customers
• Maintain excellent, detailed records of all customer interactions and repairs

Qualifications

• Experience in IT, equipment maintenance, and technology desired
• Experience reading schematic diagrams desired
• Strong communication skills
• Strong customer service skills
