Position SummaryThe Recruiter is responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting success throughout the organization. This will be achieved through the deployment of local and national recruiting plans, employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas. The Recruiter plays a critical role in ensuring ECMC is hiring the best possible talent. Education/Other QualificationsDegree in Business or Human Resources or equivalent course work and/or experience in Human Resources Three years of recruitment experience in a healthcare setting preferred Ability to work independently, make decisions and take initiative. Ability to handle delicate matters with discretion and confidentiality. Ability to organize, prioritize and work well under pressure. Respects, at all times, the confidentiality of employee and applicant information.
