Employees in this position are expected to be flexible, processional and a team player.

• Schedule Home visits, obtain relevant information from children and their families, write plans of care, establish liaisons with other service agencies in the community, and assist consumers in obtaining the services they are entitled to receive.
• MUST HAVE Bachelors Degree in a human services related field, ICC/CM trained preferred.
• Current Alabama Driver's License and you must have had your driver's license for the last three years with an excellent driving record, eligibility for coverage under center liability insurance and individually held vehicle liability insurance.
• Clear background check.
