Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Mental Health Worker to join our Substance Abuse residential facility in Andalusia. In this role, you will support residents with substance use challenges, providing care and assistance as needed.

Qualifications:

• Must have a high school diploma (HS) or GED.
• Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to work flexible shifts as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support and care to residents at our Substance Use residential facility.
• Assist with daily activities and ensure a safe and supportive environment.
• Monitor residents and report any concerns to supervisory staff.

• Collaborate with other staff to ensure comprehensive care for residents.
