Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for patient care and a strong background in various medical settings.
Responsibilities: Under general supervision, provide direct nursing care to clients exclusively enrolled in the Ryan white program which includes: screening patients for eligibility, medical and non-medical case management, including treatment adherence evaluation, counseling and providing a broad range of services that link clients to sub-specialty services. Responsible for medical case management assessments and performing comprehensive assessments of health care needs.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited college or university and current Georgia RN license and CPR certification OR Associate's degree in nursing from an accredited college or university and one year of nursing experience and completion of PHN course within one year of hire and current Georgia RN license and CPR certification.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 20 per week
