Associate Director of Admissions Role
-50% production/50% training /leadership
-Maintain an average score of 85% on all interview/phone observations
-Maintain Green Overall and average ROC score of 2.33 or above
Responsibility to DOA:
- Assist in the hiring process
- Support daily activity as needed
- Represent the DOA role in the absence of the DOA in team and/or other meeting
Responsibility to Director of Enrollment Training and Compliance:
- Minimum of 5 observations per week to included feedback and roleplay with AR/uploaded to proper system
- Instruct parts of New Hire training as requested by DETC
- Is the main source of shadowing for new hires during 4-week training
Requirements
Bachelors Degree
4 years of Admissions Experience in Higher Education
