POSITION SUMMARY

This position assists in providing support to SGMC Health employees at all levels. This role serves as a part of the Service Center within the People Services department and responds to issues and questions across all functional areas within People Services; benefits, compensation, employee relations, employee engagement, talent acquisition, etc.

EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field required, or combination of equivalent education and experience.

EXPERIENCE: At least 3 years of prior experience in human resources required.

• Preferred Qualifications: PHR or SHRM-CP desirable

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to list up to 25 pounds at times.Regular walking/moving, stooping, bending, lifting, and pushing objects. Requires considerable mental effort and logical thought processing.
