- Review vehicle sales transactions for accuracy and completeness
- Accurately post all vehicle sales transactions to appropriate journals and accounts on a daily basis
- Review and reconcile customer receivable schedules
- Ensure that month-end and daily deadlines are met
- Receive and process paperwork from the F&I Department
- Prepare checks for payoffs, referrals, refunds, etc.
- Costing and finalizing deals to accounting
- Prepare, submit and monitor funding of bank contracts
- Read and interpret legal documents
- Effectively present information to customers or dealership personnel
- Maintain reports and/or logs of daily new and used deal activity
- Work under pressure in a fast paced, high volume atmosphere
- Ability to multitask
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word
- Automotive dealership experience preferred
- Must have a positive attitude and thrive in a team environment
- Availability to work overtime during month-end as needed
- Detailed oriented
- Self-starter who can work independently but take direction as needed.
- Excellent follow-up skills
- Organized with ability to independently manage priorities
