Maintenance Individual will be responsible for safely transporting consumers to program and activities as needed; completing minor facility repairs; and ensuring facility and vehicle safety and cleanliness by maintaining an acceptable level of operational support to agency programs and services. Duties include but are not limited to:

• Minor maintenance and repair including painting, assembling furniture, moving furniture etc.
• Monitoring facilities to ensure the safe operation of heating, ventilation, cooling systems, etc.
• General cleaning services including trash removal, discarding furniture and other nonfunctional items.
• Providing emergency management services and on-call services to support program operations including but not limited to: snow removal, assistance for disabled agency vehicles, fire burglar alarm response, response for no heat, AC, etc.
• Vehicle safety inspections and operational support to ensure proper maintenance.
• Consumer transport and mail runs as needed.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent with six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must possess a valid driver’s license in good standing with a safe driving record for more than three years.
