We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Counselor/Group Facilitator to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate group therapy sessions focusing on substance abuse treatment.
• Provide individual counseling to clients, developing personalized treatment plans.
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine the needs and progress of clients.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment plans.
• Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and continuing education opportunities.
• Support clients in developing coping mechanisms and relapse prevention strategies.

Qualifications:

• Current certification or licensure as a CADC Intern, CADC, or LCADC.
• Experience in substance abuse counseling or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Compassionate and non-judgmental approach to client care.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
