We are seeking a Leasing Manager to oversee our property's leasing operations. The Leasing Manager will be responsible for attracting tenants, negotiating leases, and ensuring tenant satisfaction.
**Responsibilities:**
1. Develop and implement leasing strategies to meet occupancy goals.
2. Showcase rental properties to potential tenants.
3. Screen prospective tenants and handle lease applications.
4. Negotiate lease terms and ensure compliance with leasing policies.
5. Address tenant inquiries and concerns promptly.
