Front Desk / Gym Attendant

The South Reno Athletic Club is Northern Nevada's largest full-service fitness club. We strive to deliver our members the best possible club experience on every visit. To meet and exceed these expectations, we count on our most valuable assets, our team members.

We are currently hiring for a gym attendant/front desk attendant.

Shifts available are:

• Monday-Friday 8:00 am - 3:00 pm or 3:00 - 9:15 pm
• Saturday 8:00 am - 3:00 pm or 3:00 - 7:00pm
• Sunday 10:00 - 4:30 pm

This person will have multiple duties and responsibilities, including but not limited to answering phones, welcoming new members and guests, keeping the gym organized, light cleaning, and more. The ideal candidate will be great with customers and reliable.

Qualifications:

• Passionate about customer service.
• Possess excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.
• Able to lift 50lbs

Certifications/Education Level:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Experience:

• One year minimum of customer service experience.
