This is a full time position at South Ripley Junior High School, serving as secretary/receptionist in the Junior High School office. The position is a 195-day, 7.5-hour work day, and follows the school year calendar. The shift is scheduled for 7:30 am to 3:30 pm on school days, with a half hour lunch break.
The successful candidate should possess the following skills and qualities, including but not limited to:

• Ability to multitask in a busy energetic school environment
• Experience and comfort level with MS Office, Google docs, and other productivity software in an office setting
• Pleasant personality to provide customer service to students, parents, personnel, patrons and visitors
• Excellent organizational skills to meet the demands of varying responsibilities
• Empathy and compassion to assist the junior high student population
